Valentine's Day is the holiday all about love, but unfortunately, love is not always shown to some of the workers producing the Valentine's gifts we buy.  Most Valentine chocolate contains cocoa from West Africa which can be tainted with child slavery.   And Valentine flowers are often cut using child labor.  Even Valentine jewelry may be guilty of exploiting children. But you can show love this year not just to your Valentine, but also to the artisans who created the handmade and fair trade Valentine's Day gifts below.
